主題經文：「耶和華從會幕中呼叫摩西，對他說……」——利未記1:1
引言
《出埃及記》最後出現了一幅令人深思的圖畫：會幕已經建造完成，神的榮光充滿其中，但是摩西卻不能進去。
「摩西不能進會幕，因為雲彩停在其上，並且耶和華的榮光充滿了帳幕。」——出埃及記40:35
神已經住在百姓中間，人卻只能站在會幕之外。
這不是因為神不願意與人親近，而是因為神是聖潔的，人不能帶着罪隨意進入祂的同在。若沒有神所預備的道路，人無論多麼努力、多麼虔誠，仍然沒有辦法靠自己來到神面前。
因此，《利未記》第一章的第一句話非常重要：「耶和華從會幕中呼叫摩西，對他說……」——利未記1:1
《利未記》的希伯來文書名是 Vayiqra，意思是「祂呼叫」。
摩西不能進去，神卻主動從會幕中呼叫他；人沒有路可以親近神，神就親自為人開路。
神不是要把人永遠拒於門外。祂呼叫人回到祂面前，教導人如何藉着代贖蒙祂接納，成為真正屬祂的百姓。
這就是一種很深的歸屬：我們不再是站在門外、與神隔絕的人，而是蒙神呼叫、蒙神接納、可以活在祂同在中的人。
過渡句
神已經主動呼叫，也已經為人預備了道路；我們是否仍因着罪、羞愧、冷淡或自以為是，繼續站在門外？
一、神呼叫我們，不要留在門外
經文：「耶和華從會幕中呼叫摩西，對他說：你曉諭以色列人說：你們中間若有人獻供物給耶和華……」——利未記1:1–2
《利未記》不是從人尋找神開始，而是從神呼叫人開始。
不是摩西站在會幕外面敲門，要求神讓他進去；而是神主動從會幕中呼叫摩西。
這讓我們看見神的心：祂雖然聖潔，卻不願意與人永遠隔絕；祂知道人沒有能力為自己開路，就親自設立獻祭的方法，讓人能夠來到祂面前。
所以，獻祭不是人用禮物打動神，也不是人靠宗教行為換取神的接納；獻祭是神在恩典中為人預備的道路。
今天，有些人仍然站在門外，因為覺得自己犯罪太多，不配來到神面前；有些人站在門外，是因為生活忙碌，心漸漸遠離神；也有些人以為，只要自己努力做一個好人，就可以按照自己的方法親近神。
但是，沒有人可以靠自己進去。我們能夠來到神面前，完全是因為神先呼叫我們，也為我們開了路。
耶穌基督就是神為我們所預備的道路：「耶穌說：我就是道路、真理、生命；若不藉着我，沒有人能到父那裏去。」——約翰福音14:6
沒有基督，我們沒有路；沒有祂的代贖，我們只能站在門外。
但如今，神已經呼叫我們。這個呼叫不只是叫我們靠近一點，而是呼叫我們回到祂面前，恢復我們與祂的關係，知道自己是蒙祂所愛、真正屬祂的人。
我們不是無家可歸的孤兒，而是神所呼叫、所接納、屬於祂的兒女。
二、接受代贖，走上唯一的路
經文：「他要牽一隻沒有殘疾的公牛，到會幕門口，甘心獻在耶和華面前。他要按手在燔祭牲的頭上，燔祭便蒙悅納，為他贖罪。他要在耶和華面前宰公牛。」——利未記1:3–5
神雖然為人開路，但人不能按照自己的方法進來。人必須接受神所設立的代贖。
獻祭者要甘心把一隻沒有殘疾的祭牲帶到會幕門口，然後把手按在祭牲的頭上。
這個「按手」不是一個形式，而是表達獻祭者與祭牲的認同和代表關係：這隻祭牲代表我，代替我承受死亡，使我可以蒙神悅納。
獻牛、綿羊或山羊的人，還要親手宰殺祭牲。
當他按手在祭牲的頭上，又親手將牠宰殺時，他必定會深深感受到：罪不是一件輕微的事情。罪帶來隔絕，也帶來死亡。
他會明白：原本應該承受死亡的是我，如今卻有另一個生命代替了我。
因此，神所開的道路不是一條沒有代價的道路。神赦免我們，不是因為祂不重視罪，而是因為有一個無罪的生命代替我們付上了代價。
舊約的祭牲指向耶穌基督。祂是沒有罪、沒有瑕疵的羔羊，甘心為我們捨命：「基督愛我們，為我們捨了自己，當作馨香的供物和祭物，獻與神。」——以弗所書5:2
今天我們不需要再獻牛羊，因為耶穌已經一次獻上自己，完成了永遠的救贖。
「弟兄們，我們既因耶穌的血得以坦然進入至聖所，是藉着祂給我們開了一條又新又活的路……」——希伯來書10:19–20
因此，我們不能靠自己的服事、奉獻、資歷或好行為來到神面前。唯一的道路就是承認自己的罪，相信並接受耶穌基督的代贖。
真正的歸屬不是勉強自己變得足夠好，才敢來到神面前；而是在基督裏知道：祂已經代替我付上代價，我如今可以被神接納，回到我真正所屬的地方。
三、完全獻上，活出屬神的生命
經文：「你們獻燔祭綿羊或山羊為供物，就要獻上沒有殘疾的公羊。」——利未記1:10
神要求人獻上沒有殘疾的祭牲。
這不只是對祭物外表的要求，也顯明人應當以怎樣的態度回應神：不是把剩餘的、不要的、次好的留給神，而是甘心把最好的獻給祂。
燔祭與其他祭不同。燔祭幾乎要完全焚燒在祭壇上，獻祭者不為自己留下祭肉。這代表一種完全獻上的生命：主啊，我不再為自己保留；我的生命完全屬於祢。
神呼叫我們進來，不只是讓我們偶爾經歷祂、在有需要時尋求祂，然後又回到以自我為中心的生活。神呼叫我們進入祂的同在，是要我們成為分別為聖、真正屬祂的百姓。
然而，第一章也讓我們看見神的體恤。
有能力的人可以獻公牛；一般人可以獻綿羊或山羊；經濟有限的人則可以獻斑鳩或雛鴿。
祭物的價值不同，獻上的心卻可以同樣真誠。神沒有因為人貧窮，就把他拒於門外。無論人的能力和處境如何，神都為他預備了可以親近祂的方式。
所以，把最好的獻給神，不是每個人必須獻上一樣多，而是每個人按照自己從神所領受的，甘心把合宜、最好的獻給祂。
今天，神所要的也不只是我們的金錢、時間或服事；祂真正要的是我們自己。
「所以弟兄們，我以神的慈悲勸你們，將身體獻上，當作活祭，是聖潔的，是神所喜悅的；你們如此事奉乃是理所當然的。」——羅馬書12:1
我們完全獻上，不是為了換取神的接納；而是因為神已經藉着基督接納了我們。
我們也不是以奉獻證明自己有多愛神，而是以整個生命回應那位先愛我們、呼叫我們回家的神。
蒙神接納的人，不再為自己而活；知道自己屬神的人，便願意把整個生命交在神手中。
總結
《出埃及記》的最後，摩西站在會幕之外，不能進入；《利未記》的開始，神卻從會幕中呼叫他。
這就是整個第一章最寶貴的圖畫：人沒有路，神就親自開路；人只能站在門外，神卻主動呼叫人回來。
可是，這條路不是人靠自己走出來的。人必須藉着代贖，才能蒙神悅納。
獻祭者甘心把沒有殘疾的祭牲帶到神面前，按手在牠頭上，親自面對罪所帶來的死亡；然後把祭牲完全獻上，表達自己的生命也願意全然歸神。
這一切都指向耶穌基督。
祂是沒有瑕疵的羔羊，代替我們承受罪的刑罰；祂流出自己的血，為我們開了一條又新又活的路，使我們不再是被拒於門外的人。
在基督裏，我們不再漂流、不再孤單，也不再需要靠表現證明自己的價值。神呼叫我們回到祂面前，讓我們知道：我蒙祂接納，我屬於祂，祂就是我的歸宿。
神已經打開了道路，也正在呼叫我們。今天的問題不是「我有沒有路可以親近神」，而是：神已經呼叫我，我為甚麼仍然站在門外？
不要讓罪疚使我們站在門外，不要讓忙碌使我們站在門外，也不要讓驕傲和自以為義使我們拒絕神所預備的道路。
藉着耶穌基督，我們可以回到神面前；既然我們已經蒙祂接納，就讓我們把最好的，甚至整個生命都獻給祂。
別再站在門外。神正在呼叫你，回到祂面前，活出真正屬於祂的生命。
省察
- 神已經藉着耶穌為我開路，我是否仍因罪疚、冷淡或忙碌而站在門外？
- 我是否仍想靠自己的好行為和服事證明自己，而沒有完全接受基督的代贖與接納？
- 我是否真正相信，在基督裏我是蒙神所愛、被神接納、真正屬於祂的人？
- 我現在獻給神的是最好的，還是自己剩餘的時間、力量和資源？
- 我的生命中還有甚麼部分保留給自己，不願意交給神掌管？
- 今天神正在呼叫我，我願意離開門外，重新回到祂的同在中嗎？
Key Verse:
“Now the Lord called to Moses, and spoke to him from the tabernacle of meeting, saying…”

Introduction
At the end of Exodus, we see a thought-provoking picture. The tabernacle had been completed, and the glory of God filled it, yet Moses could not enter.
“And Moses was not able to enter the tabernacle of meeting, because the cloud rested above it, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.”
—Exodus 40:35, NKJV
God was dwelling among His people, but they could only remain outside.
This was not because God did not want to be close to them. It was because God is holy, and sinful people cannot enter His presence in their own way. Unless God provided a way, no matter how hard people tried or how religious they were, they could never come to Him by themselves.
Therefore, the opening words of Leviticus are very important:
“Now the Lord called to Moses, and spoke to him from the tabernacle of meeting…”
—Leviticus 1:1, NKJV
The Hebrew name for Leviticus is Vayiqra, which means “And He called.”
Moses could not enter, but God called to him from inside the tabernacle. Humanity had no way to approach God, so God Himself opened the way.
God did not want people to remain outside forever. He called them to come back to Him and taught them how, through atonement, they could be accepted and become a people who truly belonged to Him.
This is true belonging: we are no longer people standing outside, separated from God. We are called and accepted by Him, and we are able to live in His presence.
Transition
God has taken the initiative to call us and has prepared the way for us. Why, then, do we still remain outside because of sin, shame, spiritual coldness, or self-reliance?
- God Calls Us—Do Not Remain Outside
Scripture:
“Now the Lord called to Moses, and spoke to him from the tabernacle of meeting, saying, ‘Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: “When any one of you brings an offering to the Lord…”’”
—Leviticus 1:1–2, NKJV
Leviticus does not begin with people searching for God. It begins with God calling people.
Moses did not stand outside the tabernacle, knocking on the door and demanding to be allowed inside. God took the initiative and called to him from within the tabernacle.
This reveals God’s heart. Although He is holy, He does not want humanity to remain separated from Him forever. God knew that people could not open the way for themselves, so He established the sacrificial system through which they could come to Him.
The sacrifices were not gifts offered to persuade God to love His people. Neither were they religious works through which people could earn His acceptance. Sacrifice was the way God graciously provided for them.
Some people still remain outside because they feel they have committed too many sins and are unworthy to approach God. Others remain outside because their lives are busy and their hearts have slowly moved away from Him. Still others believe that being a good person is enough and try to approach God in their own way.
But no one can enter by their own efforts. We can come to God only because He first called us and opened the way.
Jesus Christ is the way God has provided for us:
“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’”
—John 14:6, NKJV
Without Christ, there is no way. Without His atonement, we can only remain outside.
But now God is calling us. He is not merely inviting us to come a little closer. He is calling us to return to Him, to have our relationship with Him restored, and to know that we are loved by Him and truly belong to Him.
We are not homeless orphans. We are children whom God has called, accepted, and made His own.
- Receive the Atonement—Walk the Only Way
Scripture:
“If his offering is a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish… Then he shall put his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on his behalf to make atonement for him.”
—Leviticus 1:3–4, NKJV
Although God opened the way, people could not enter according to their own ideas. They had to receive the atonement God had established.
The worshipper was to bring an animal without blemish to the entrance of the tabernacle and place his hand on its head.
Placing his hand on the sacrifice was not an empty religious action. It expressed identification and representation: this sacrifice represented the worshipper and would die in his place so that he could be accepted by God.
Those who brought a bull, sheep, or goat also had to slaughter the sacrifice themselves.
As the worshipper placed his hand on the animal’s head and then killed it, he would clearly see that sin was not a small matter. Sin brings separation and death.
He would understand:
I am the one who deserves death, but another life is now dying in my place.
Therefore, the way into God’s presence was not without cost. God does not forgive us because sin is unimportant. He forgives us because a sinless life has paid the price on our behalf.
The sacrifices of the Old Testament pointed towards Jesus Christ. He is the Lamb without blemish who willingly gave His life for us:
“Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.”
—Ephesians 5:2, NKJV
Today, we no longer need to offer bulls, sheep, or goats because Jesus offered Himself once and completed our redemption.
“Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way…”
—Hebrews 10:19–20, NKJV
We cannot approach God through our service, giving, experience, or good behaviour. The only way is to confess our sins and trust in the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
True belonging does not mean making ourselves good enough before we dare to approach God. It means knowing that, in Christ, He has already paid the price for us. We can now be accepted by God and return to where we truly belong.
- Offer Yourself Completely—Live as One Who Belongs to God
Scripture:
“If his offering is of the flocks—of the sheep or of the goats—as a burnt sacrifice, he shall bring a male without blemish.”
—Leviticus 1:10, NKJV
God required the people to bring a sacrifice without blemish.
This was not only a requirement concerning the physical condition of the animal. It also revealed the attitude with which people were to respond to God. They were not to give Him what was unwanted, second-best, or left over. They were to offer Him their best.
Unlike some other sacrifices, almost the entire burnt offering was burned on the altar. The worshipper did not keep any of the meat for himself. It expressed a life of complete surrender:
Lord, I no longer want to keep my life for myself. I belong completely to You.
God does not call us into His presence merely so that we can experience Him occasionally or seek Him only when we are in need, before returning to a self-centred life. He calls us into His presence so that we may become a holy people who truly belong to Him.
Leviticus 1 also reveals God’s compassion.
Those who had sufficient means could offer a bull. Others could offer a sheep or a goat. Those with limited resources could offer turtledoves or young pigeons.
The monetary value of the offerings differed, but each person could offer with the same sincerity. God did not exclude people because they were poor. Whatever their circumstances, He provided a way for them to approach Him.
Therefore, offering our best to God does not mean that everyone must give the same amount. It means that each person responds sincerely and willingly according to what God has given them.
God does not only want our money, time, or service. He wants us.
“Present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.”
—Romans 12:1, NKJV
We do not offer ourselves in order to earn God’s acceptance. We offer ourselves because God has already accepted us through Christ.
Neither do we give our lives to prove how much we love God. We surrender our lives in response to the God who first loved us and called us home.
Those who are accepted by God no longer live only for themselves. Those who know they belong to God are willing to place their whole lives in His hands.
Conclusion
At the end of Exodus, Moses stood outside the tabernacle and could not enter. At the beginning of Leviticus, God called to him from within the tabernacle.
This is the precious picture at the heart of Leviticus 1:
When humanity had no way, God Himself opened the way. When people could only remain outside, God called them to come back.
But this was not a way people could create through their own efforts. They could be accepted only through atonement.
The worshipper willingly brought an animal without blemish, placed his hand on its head, and personally faced the death caused by sin. The sacrifice was then offered completely, expressing a life fully surrendered to God.
All of this points to Jesus Christ.
He is the Lamb without blemish who bore the punishment for our sins. He shed His blood and opened a new and living way for us. Because of Him, we are no longer people rejected and left outside.
In Christ, we no longer need to wander, live as spiritual orphans, or prove our value through our performance. God calls us back to Him so that we may know:
I am accepted by Him. I belong to Him. He is my true home.
God has opened the way, and He is calling us today. The question is no longer, “Is there a way for me to approach God?” The question is:
If God is calling me, why am I still standing outside?
Do not allow guilt to keep you outside. Do not allow busyness to keep you outside. Do not allow pride or self-righteousness to make you reject the way God has provided.
Through Jesus Christ, we can return to God. Since He has accepted us, let us offer Him our best—even our whole lives.
Do not remain outside. God is calling you to return to Him and live as someone who truly belongs to Him.
Reflection
- God has opened the way through Jesus. Am I still remaining outside because of guilt, spiritual coldness, or busyness?
- Am I still trying to earn God’s acceptance through good behaviour and service instead of fully trusting in Christ’s atonement?
- Do I truly believe that, in Christ, I am loved, accepted, and that I belong to God?
- Am I giving God my best, or only the time, strength, and resources left over after everything else?
- Is there any part of my life that I am still keeping for myself and refusing to place under God’s authority?
- God is calling me today. Am I willing to stop remaining outside and return to His presence?
