今日金句「又當為我造聖所，使我可以住在他們中間。」—— 出埃及記 25:8

神與以色列百姓立約之後，第一個吩咐不是爭戰，也不是建立國家，而是建造會幕。

「會幕」的意思，就是相會的帳幕——一個神與人相遇、同住的地方。
這讓我們看見，神最大的心意，不只是拯救我們脫離罪惡，更是渴望與我們建立親密的關係，並住在我們中間。

當神吩咐百姓建造會幕時，祂特別說：
「凡甘心樂意的，你們就可以收下歸我。」（出25:2）

神並沒有勉強百姓奉獻，而是看重一顆甘心樂意的心。

這也讓我們想到，以色列人在埃及建造的是積貨城。

那是一種活在恐懼、害怕缺乏、不斷累積的人生。

但是，神把他們帶出埃及之後，祂呼召他們建造的不再是積貨城，而是神的居所。

一個是為了自己而建造；

一個是為了神的同在而建造。

今天，我們每天努力工作、經營家庭、追求目標，也值得停下來問自己：

我每天所建造的，是自己的積貨城？還是讓我的生命成為神喜悅居住的地方？

從第10節開始，神介紹會幕中最重要的器具——約櫃。

約櫃代表神的寶座。

裡面放著法版，代表神的公義與真理；上面是施恩座，代表神的恩典與憐憫。

神不是廢去公義，而是藉著遮蓋罪的恩典，使人可以再次來到祂面前。

因此，神說：

「我要在那裡與你相會。」（出25:22）

這就是神的心。

祂不是一位遙遠、冷漠的神，而是一位渴望與祂兒女同行、同住、同工的天父。

❤️ 今天的應用

今天，因著耶穌基督，我們已經不需要透過會幕才能親近神。

耶穌道成肉身，住在我們中間；如今，聖靈更住在每一位信靠祂的人裡面。

我們就是神的殿，也是神榮耀同在的居所。

願我們不只是星期天來到教會遇見神，而是在每天的生活、家庭、職場中，都活在祂的同在裡。

因為你走到哪裡，神的同在就與你同去。

🙏 祝福禱告

親愛的天父，
謝謝祢一直渴望與我們同住。祢不是一位遙遠的神，而是一位樂意親近祢兒女、天天與我們同行的父。

求祢幫助我們，不再只是忙著建造自己的夢想、成就和積貨城，而是讓我們的生命成為祢喜悅居住的聖所。

求祢賜給我們一顆甘心樂意的心，願意將生命、時間、恩賜和一切所有獻給祢，讓祢的旨意成就在我們身上。

願祢的真理成為我們生命的根基，願祢的恩典天天遮蓋我們；也願聖靈時時提醒我們，祢就在我們裡面，與我們同行、向我們說話。

祝福每一位弟兄姊妹，今天無論在家庭、職場或服事中，都活出神同在的生命，成為和平的使者、基督的見證人，讓人因著我們，看見神的榮耀。

願主與我們相會，也住在我們中間。

📖 Today’s Key Verse

“Then have them make a sanctuary for Me, and I will dwell among them.”
— Exodus 25:8

After God established His covenant with the people of Israel, His first instruction was not to lead them into battle or to build a nation. Instead, He commanded them to build the Tabernacle.

The word “Tabernacle” means the Tent of Meeting—a place where God and His people meet and dwell together.

This reveals God’s heart. His greatest desire is not only to save us from sin but also to have an intimate relationship with us and to dwell among His people.

When God instructed the Israelites to build the Tabernacle, He specifically said:

“Receive the offering for Me from everyone whose heart prompts them to give.”
(Exodus 25:2)

God never forced His people to give. Instead, He was looking for willing and generous hearts.

This also reminds us of the contrast between Egypt and the wilderness.

In Egypt, the Israelites built store cities—a picture of a life driven by fear, insecurity, and the constant pursuit of accumulating more.

But after God brought them out of Egypt, He no longer called them to build store cities. Instead, He called them to build His dwelling place.

One was built for self.

The other was built for the presence of God.

Today, as we work hard, care for our families, and pursue our goals, it is worth pausing to ask ourselves:

Am I building my own storehouse, or am I allowing my life to become a dwelling place where God delights to live?

Beginning in verse 10, God introduces the most important piece of furniture in the Tabernacle—the Ark of the Covenant.

The Ark represents the throne of God.

Inside the Ark were the stone tablets of the Law, symbolizing God’s righteousness and truth. Above it was the Mercy Seat, representing God’s grace and mercy.

God did not set aside His righteousness. Rather, through His mercy, He provided a way for sin to be covered so that His people could come into His presence.

Therefore, God said:

“There, above the mercy seat… I will meet with you.”
(Exodus 25:22)

This is God’s heart.

He is not a distant or indifferent God. He is a loving Heavenly Father who longs to walk with His children, dwell among them, and work through them.

❤️ Today’s Application

Today, because of Jesus Christ, we no longer need a physical tabernacle to come into God’s presence.

Jesus became flesh and dwelt among us, and now the Holy Spirit lives within every believer.

We are God’s temple and the dwelling place of His glorious presence.

May we not meet with God only on Sundays at church, but live in His presence every day—in our homes, our workplaces, and every area of our lives.

Wherever you go today, God’s presence goes with you.

🙏 Prayer of Blessing

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for always desiring to dwell among us. You are not a distant God, but a loving Father who delights in drawing near to Your children and walking with us each day.

Help us not to spend our lives merely building our own dreams, achievements, or storehouses. Instead, may our lives become a holy dwelling place where You delight to live.

Give us willing and generous hearts that gladly offer our lives, our time, our gifts, and all that we have to You, so that Your will may be accomplished in and through us.

May Your truth be the foundation of our lives, and may Your grace continually cover us. Let the Holy Spirit remind us each day that You are with us, walking beside us and speaking to our hearts.

Bless every brother and sister today. Whether at home, at work, or in ministry, may we live as people who carry Your presence—bringing peace, reflecting Christ, and revealing Your glory to everyone we meet.

Lord, may You meet with us today and dwell among us.

We pray all these things in the victorious name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
