我們在忙碌與壓力中，很容易以為只要維持讀經、禱告與事奉，屬靈生命就應該是健康的，但實際上，內心卻慢慢變得急躁、防衛、容易受傷，遇到張力時更傾向靠自己的方式撐過去，而不是回到父面前等候。初代教會在被威嚇之後，沒有急著回應環境，而是同心合意回到神面前禱告。當他們被聖靈充滿，復活的主不再只是他們口中的信息，而是成為他們裡面正在運行的生命，帶來膽量、更新與改變群體狀態的能力。

第一，我們要讓復活的生命在我們裡面掌權，而不只是停留在認知與熱心。

經文：使徒行傳 4:33 使徒大有能力，見證主耶穌復活

使徒見證復活，不是因為他們更懂講道理，而是因為復活的主在他們裡面作主，更新他們面對逼迫時的反應模式，使他們不再被恐懼與自保驅動，而是活出信靠與順服。當復活生命在我們裡面掌權，我們面對衝突與壓力時的態度，就會成為對主仍然活著的見證。

第二，我們要讓神的恩典覆蓋我們的內在與關係，而不是靠屬靈表現撐住合一。

經文：使徒行傳 4:32 眾人一心一意

初代教會的合一不是因為大家更成熟，而是因為整個群體活在神恩典的遮蓋中，人的防衛被醫治，心不再彼此隔離，願意打開生命。當我們的內在仍然充滿比較、防備與委屈，就算外在維持合一，也只是勉強撐住；唯有被恩典覆蓋，關係才會自然鬆開。

第三，我們要讓復活的生命流入實際的彼此承擔，而不只是停留在彼此關心。

經文：使徒行傳 4:34–35 內中也沒有一個缺乏的

復活的生命不是只更新感受，而是會進入實際生活，使人願意為彼此的需要付代價，打破只顧自己的安全感。當群體被復活生命更新，分享就不再是責任，而是因為心被愛觸動，自然願意承擔彼此的需要。

在四十天禁食禱告的路上，我們不是用更努力的屬靈表現換取改變，而是每天回到父面前，讓復活的生命更新我們裡面的反應模式，使我們活在恩典的遮蓋之中。

今天若未能參與晨禱的家人，請預備餅與杯，在靈修後守聖餐，記念主為我們捨身流血，領受祂復活生命在我們裡面的更新。

我們宣告，今天我們不再靠自己撐住屬靈狀態，而是讓復活的主在我們裡面掌權。我們宣告，神的恩典遮蓋我們的內在與關係，使我們在四十天禁食禱告的路上，一天比一天被更新、被建立。

使徒行傳 4:23-37

23 二人既被釋放，就到會友那裡去，把祭司長和長老所說的話都告訴他們。 24 他們聽見了，就同心合意地高聲向神說：「主啊，你是造天、地、海和其中萬物的！ 25 你曾藉著聖靈，託你僕人——我們祖宗大衛的口說：『外邦為什麼爭鬧？萬民為什麼謀算虛妄的事？ 26 世上的君王一齊起來，臣宰也聚集，要抵擋主並主的受膏者。』 27 希律和本丟‧彼拉多，外邦人和以色列民，果然在這城裡聚集，要攻打你所膏的聖僕耶穌， 28 成就你手和你意旨所預定必有的事。 29 他們恐嚇我們，現在求主鑒察，一面叫你僕人大放膽量講你的道， 30 一面伸出你的手來醫治疾病，並且使神蹟奇事因著你聖僕耶穌的名行出來。」 31 禱告完了，聚會的地方震動，他們就都被聖靈充滿，放膽講論神的道。

32 那許多信的人都是一心一意的，沒有一人說他的東西有一樣是自己的，都是大家公用。 33 使徒大有能力，見證主耶穌復活，眾人也都蒙大恩。 34 內中也沒有一個缺乏的，因為人人將田產房屋都賣了，把所賣的價銀拿來， 35 放在使徒腳前，照各人所需用的分給各人。

36 有一個利未人，生在塞浦路斯，名叫約瑟，使徒稱他為巴拿巴（「巴拿巴」翻出來就是「勸慰子」）。 37 他有田地，也賣了，把價銀拿來放在使徒腳前。

Acts 4:23-37

23 And being let go, they went to their own companions and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said to them. 24 So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: “Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them, 25 who by the mouth of Your servant David have said:

‘Why did the nations rage,
And the people plot vain things?
26 The kings of the earth took their stand,
And the rulers were gathered together
Against the Lord and against His Christ.’

27 “For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together 28 to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done. 29 Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, 30 by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.”

31 And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

32 Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common. 33 And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all. 34 Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold, 35 and laid them at the apostles’ feet; and they distributed to each as anyone had need.

36 And Joses, who was also named Barnabas by the apostles (which is translated Son of Encouragement), a Levite of the country of Cyprus, 37 having land, sold it, and brought the money and laid it at the apostles’ feet.
