今天早上，在天父的餐桌前，我們繼續行走在詩篇的水流中。詩篇 32 篇，把我們帶進一個非常貼近內心、也極其醫治的生命空間。

大衛一開始沒有談論能力、得勝或成就，而是連續兩次說出同一個詞——有福了。
有福的人，是罪得赦免的人。
有福的人，是罪被遮蓋的人。

大衛在生命歷程中明白了一件事：
蒙福，並不是因為人無可指摘，
而是因為人能夠靠近。

真正蒙福的人，不是沒有軟弱的人，
而是願意把整個心帶到神面前的人——
不躲藏、不為自己保留、不分心、不分神。
當人的心真正對準神，祝福就開始流動。

這篇詩篇也把我們帶回到最起初的畫面——伊甸園。
起初，人可以赤身露體、毫無懼怕地站在神面前。
但當罪進入，躲藏就開始了。
遮掩。
逃避。
拉開距離。

大衛對這一點有極深的體會。
他描述自己沉默、不承認罪的時候，內裡乾枯、力量耗盡。
但當他停止躲藏，真誠承認時，赦免早已在那裡等候。

這正顯明天父的心。
神邀請我們來到祂面前，並不是為了審判，
而是為了同行。

因此，神在這篇詩中應許，要教導我們、指示我們、指引我們當走的路。
同時也溫柔地提醒我們：
不要像不受教的馬或騾，需要被強迫。
而是甘心讓心被引導。

這也包括學習約束我們的反應、言語與衝動，
活在對神的敬畏之中。

大衛清楚分辨：
不以神為神的人，走在愁苦加增的路上；
但願意回轉的人，慈愛必四面環繞。

回家，是生命的轉捩點。
回家，使我們不再成為孤兒。
回家，成為喜樂的道路。

所以，大衛在詩篇的最後，以歡呼作結。
經過一生的奔跑、躲藏、悔改與回轉，他確定一件事：

回家的路，才是蒙福的路。

在今天開始之前，讓我們不再專注於表現或外在狀態，
只單單回家——
誠實地、敞開地、甘心地，
回到天父的同在裡。

願正直人的心，再次喜樂。
願慈愛環繞我們，
陪伴我們走過今天。

詩篇 32

大衛的訓誨詩。

1 得赦免其過、遮蓋其罪的，這人是有福的！
2 凡心裡沒有詭詐，耶和華不算為有罪的，這人是有福的！
3 我閉口不認罪的時候，因終日唉哼而骨頭枯乾。
4 黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重，我的精液耗盡，如同夏天的乾旱。（細拉）
5 我向你陳明我的罪，不隱瞞我的惡。我說「我要向耶和華承認我的過犯」，你就赦免我的罪惡。（細拉）
6 為此，凡虔誠人都當趁你可尋找的時候禱告你，大水泛溢的時候，必不能到他那裡。
7 你是我藏身之處，你必保佑我脫離苦難，以得救的樂歌四面環繞我。（細拉）
8 我要教導你，指示你當行的路，我要定睛在你身上勸誡你。

9 你不可像那無知的騾馬，必用嚼環轡頭勒住牠，不然就不能馴服。
10 惡人必多受苦楚，唯獨倚靠耶和華的，必有慈愛四面環繞他。
11 你們義人應當靠耶和華歡喜快樂，你們心裡正直的人都當歡呼！

Psalm 32

A Psalm of David. A Contemplation.

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven,
Whose sin is covered.
2 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity,
And in whose spirit there is no deceit.
3 When I kept silent, my bones grew old
Through my groaning all the day long.
4 For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me;
My vitality was turned into the drought of summer. Selah
5 I acknowledged my sin to You,
And my iniquity I have not hidden.
I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,”
And You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah
6 For this cause everyone who is godly shall pray to You
In a time when You may be found;
Surely in a flood of great waters
They shall not come near him.
7 You are my hiding place;
You shall preserve me from trouble;
You shall surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah
8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will guide you with My eye.
9 Do not be like the horse or like the mule,
Which have no understanding,
Which must be harnessed with bit and bridle,
Else they will not come near you.
10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked;
But he who trusts in the Lord, mercy shall surround him.
11 Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you righteous;
And shout for joy, all you upright in heart!
