Ephesians 以弗所書4:1-10
1 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called,
1 我為主被囚的勸你們：既然蒙召，行事為人就當與蒙召的恩相稱，
2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,
2 凡事謙虛、溫柔、忍耐，用愛心互相寬容，
3 endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
3 用和平彼此聯絡，竭力保守聖靈所賜合而為一的心。
4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling;
4 身體只有一個，聖靈只有一個，正如你們蒙召同有一個指望；
5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism;
5 一主，一信，一洗，
6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
6 一神，就是眾人的父，超乎眾人之上，貫乎眾人之中，也住在眾人之內。
7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.
7 我們各人蒙恩，都是照基督所量給各人的恩賜。
8 Therefore He says: “When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men.”
8 所以經上說：「他升上高天的時候，擄掠了仇敵，將各樣的恩賜賞給人。」
9 (Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?
9 （既說升上，豈不是先降在地下嗎？
10 He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)
Meditate 默想：
- What kind of God do you see from this passage? What are His attributes? 從這段經文中，你看出我們的神是怎樣的神？祂有什麼特質？
- As you receive this passage, what is God saying to us? 你領受這段經文，神在向我們說什麼？

10 那降下的，就是遠升諸天之上要充滿萬有的。）
