V17-20 God Judges God Provides 神判斷神供應
When we are not receiving the true love, then our lives will be different. Goats and sheep are different. They are all created by God, but God will judge them. As followers of God, we see how our lives are blessed, but do we also bless others with what we’ve been blessed? We drink the clean water, we enjoy the green pasture, but do we pass on the blessings to others? God has given us everything we need, all we have are from God, we should also lead others to these blessings.
God wants us to receive blessings but this blessing must be flowing out from our lives to others, then new blessings will keep on coming. He is an abundant God, He provides and He also judges. At the beginning of the year, we must reflect our lives, to stop thinking just about ‘me’ and keep our priority right in our lives. God first, people next, then the world. Are we willing to pray Jesus’ prayer? Leave our will behind and let God’s Will be done.
The Father will provide, as children of God, believe in the Father, His promises are for us, God provides, and He will judge. We don’t need to vindicate for ourselves.
V20-24 God Saves God Prepares 神拯救神預備
God saw His flocks are scattered. God has provided us with a beautiful pasture, but in this pasture, we attack each others, we try to judge one another. When we are attacking one another, the sheep will scattered. But God promises us that He will save His flocks, He will not let His sheep become preys, He is with us no matter what. God is our shepherd, He will prepare and He will save.
God will appoint a shepherd to take care of His sheep. He wants us to know that He is with us, we no longer need to be our own gods, we don’t need to protect ourselves and be afraid. Because God will take care of us no matter what. He will not let us be hurt, He has brought us this far, He wants us to bless others and to see His Goodness. Let us receive the Agape God, and let us spread this love so everyone comes in will also experience the goodness of God.
