II Samuel 1 – Enter the Door of Transformation 撒母耳記下 1 – 進入轉化的門

V1-16 Face Temptation, Let God be God 面對試探以神為首
V1-2 ‘Now it came to pass after the death of Saul, when David had returned from the slaughter of the Amalekites, and David had stayed two days in Ziklag, on the third day, behold, it happened that a man came from Saul’s camp with his clothes torn and dust on his head. So it was, when he came to David, that he fell to the ground and prostrated himself.’ II Samuel is about how David transformed from an orphan to a true son, enter God’s destiny for him. A lot of times we know God’s destiny for us, we receive revelation from God’s Word, we receive prophecy, but how do we enter? In the parable of the prodigal son, when the younger son faced temptation, he chose the world, he hid from his father and walked away from his destiny. David was the same, when he went into hiding, he became an orphan, but when he chose to turn back, God restored him and his life transformed. Why do we become orphans? Because we chose to submit to this world and surrender to the temptation, just like Satan, who is an orphan living in the darkness.
V1-2 ‘掃羅死後,大衛擊殺亞瑪力人回來,在洗革拉住了兩天。 第三天,有一人從掃羅的營裡出來,衣服撕裂,頭蒙灰塵,到大衛面前伏地叩拜。’ 撒母耳記下講述了大衛如何從孤兒轉變為真正的兒子,進入神對他的命定。很多時候我們知道神對我們的命定,我們從神的話中得到啟示,我們領受預言,但我們如何進入呢?在浪子的比喻中,當小兒子面臨誘惑時,他選擇了世界,躲避了父親,遠離了自己的命定。大衛也是一樣,當他躲藏起來時,他成為了孤兒,但當他選擇回頭時,神使他復興,他的生活也發生了改變。為什麼我們會成為孤兒?因為我們選擇順服這個世界,屈服於誘惑,就像撒旦一樣,是生活在黑暗中的孤兒。
V3-5 ‘And David said to him, “Where have you come from?” So he said to him, “I have escaped from the camp of Israel.” Then David said to him, “How did the matter go? Please tell me.” And he answered, “The people have fled from the battle, many of the people are fallen and dead, and Saul and Jonathan his son are dead also.” So David said to the young man who told him, “How do you know that Saul and Jonathan his son are dead?”’ It was a great temptation for David, because David was running away from Saul, and when he came to know that Saul was dead, what did he respond? He could’ve declared himself king right away and celebrated his freedom, but what did he to next?
V3-5 ‘大衛問他說:「你從哪裡來?」他說:「我從以色列的營裡逃來。」 大衛又問他說:「事情怎樣?請你告訴我。」他回答說:「百姓從陣上逃跑,也有許多人仆倒死亡,掃羅和他兒子約拿單也死了。」 大衛問報信的少年人說:「你怎麼知道掃羅和他兒子約拿單死了呢?」’ 這對大衛來說是一個很大的誘惑試探,因為大衛正在逃避掃羅的追殺,當他知道掃羅死了時,他有什麼反應呢?他本可以立即自立為王,並慶祝自己的自由,但接下來他做什麼呢?
V6-10 ‘Then the young man who told him said, “As I happened by chance to be on Mount Gilboa, there was Saul, leaning on his spear; and indeed the chariots and horsemen followed hard after him. Now when he looked behind him, he saw me and called to me. And I answered, ‘Here I am.’ And he said to me, ‘Who are you?’ So I answered him, ‘I am an Amalekite.’ He said to me again, ‘Please stand over me and kill me, for anguish has come upon me, but my life still remains in me.’ So I stood over him and killed him, because I was sure that he could not live after he had fallen. And I took the crown that was on his head and the bracelet that was on his arm, and have brought them here to my lord.”’ The Amalekite young man wanted to receive a reward in front of David, he thought what he did would benefit himself. But out of his surprise, when David faced this temptation, he didn’t celebrate his freedom, he didn’t follow his own desires, instead he mourned for Saul.
V6-10 ‘報信的少年人說:我偶然到基利波山,看見掃羅伏在自己槍上,有戰車、馬兵緊緊地追他。 他回頭看見我,就呼叫我。我說:『我在這裡。』 他問我說:『你是什麼人?』我說:『我是亞瑪力人。』 他說:『請你來將我殺死,因為痛苦抓住我,我的生命尚存。』 我準知他仆倒必不能活,就去將他殺死,把他頭上的冠冕、臂上的鐲子拿到我主這裡。’ 亞瑪力少年人想在大衛面前得到獎賞,他認為自己所做的事對自己有利。但出乎他意料的是,當大衛面對這樣的試探時,他並沒有慶祝自己的自由,沒有隨從自己的慾望,反而為掃羅哀悼。
V11-12 ‘Therefore David took hold of his own clothes and tore them, and so did all the men who were with him. And they mourned and wept and fasted until evening for Saul and for Jonathan his son, for the people of the Lord and for the house of Israel, because they had fallen by the sword.’ David was willing to let God be God, to put God first and to see what God sees in this situation, not his own benefit. In great trial, David put God first. When we face temptations and trials, do we only see our own benefits or can we really see from God’s perspective?
V11-12 ‘大衛就撕裂衣服,跟隨他的人也是如此, 而且悲哀哭號,禁食到晚上,是因掃羅和他兒子約拿單,並耶和華的民以色列家的人倒在刀下。’ 大衛願意以神為神,把神放在第一位,在這種情況下看神怎麼看,而不是看自己的利益。在巨大的考驗中,大衛把神放在第一位。當我們面對試探、試煉的時候,我們是只看到自己的益處,還是真的能站在神的角度來看呢?
V13-16 ‘Then David said to the young man who told him, “Where are you from?” And he answered, “I am the son of an alien, an Amalekite.” So David said to him, “How was it you were not afraid to put forth your hand to destroy the Lord’s anointed?” Then David called one of the young men and said, “Go near, and execute him!” And he struck him so that he died. So David said to him, “Your blood is on your own head, for your own mouth has testified against you, saying, ‘I have killed the Lord’s anointed.’ ”’ The young man saw David‘s reaction and he changes his answer. Before he called himself an Amalekite but now he called himself an Amalekite alien. But it was too late, he had to pay for what he had done and what he had said. David was speaking in front of the Amalekite, and in front of all his followers that Saul was God’s anointed one. David showed the life of the Tree of Life, to put God first, and to be transformed. People following him also changed, in the past, his followers told him to kill Saul, but because of David’s transformation, his followers mourned for Saul together with David.
V13-16 ‘大衛問報信的少年人說:「你是哪裡的人?」他說:「我是亞瑪力客人的兒子。」 大衛說:「你伸手殺害耶和華的受膏者,怎麼不畏懼呢?」 大衛叫了一個少年人來,說:「你去殺他吧!」 大衛對他說:「你流人血的罪歸到自己的頭上,因為你親口作見證說『我殺了耶和華的受膏者』。」少年人就把他殺了。’ 少年人看到了大衛的反應,他改變了答案。以前他稱自己為亞瑪力人,但現在他稱自己為亞瑪力外族人。但已經太晚了,他必須為他所做的、所說的付出代價。大衛在這個亞瑪力人和他所有的追隨者面前說掃羅是神的受膏者。大衛展示了生命樹的氣息,將神放在第一位,並被轉化。追隨他的人也發生了轉化,以前他的追隨者叫他殺掉掃羅,但由於大衛的轉變,他的追隨者與大衛一起為掃羅哀悼。
V17-27 Overcome Temptation, Let God’s Heart be My Heart 超越試探以神的心為心
Don’t let temptation take over us and trip over us, let God’s heart be our heart, and have the love of the Father. This is difficult, because when we face the temptation of this world, we will easily think about our own benefits and follow our flesh desires. David touched the heart of God, he knew God would be sad when Saul and Jonathan died. David not only overcome the temptation, but also walked an extra mile. He put down the all the good things of Saul and Jonathan into the history book so his descendants would also know about it.
不要讓試探佔據我們、絆倒我們,讓神的心成為我們的心,並擁有天父的愛。這很難,因為當我們面對這個世界的誘惑時,我們很容易只想到自己的利益,而隨從肉體的慾望。大衛觸動了神的心,他知道掃羅和約拿單死後神會傷心。大衛不僅克服了誘惑,而且還多走了一里路。他把掃羅和約拿單的一切美好事都寫進了史書,讓他的子孫也知道。
V17-20 ‘Then David lamented with this lamentation over Saul and over Jonathan his son, and he told them to teach the children of Judah the Song of the Bow; indeed it is written in the Book of Jasher: “The beauty of Israel is slain on your high places! How the mighty have fallen! Tell it not in Gath, proclaim it not in the streets of Ashkelon— Lest the daughters of the Philistines rejoice, lest the daughters of the uncircumcised triumph.’ David did not delete what Saul and Jonathan had done, and he didn’t delete the fact that Saul was the anointed one. David didn’t repay evil with evil, he honoured his authority, and he spoke to his descendants about the glory of his authority, despite that his authority had done harm to him.
V17-20 ‘大衛作哀歌,弔掃羅和他兒子約拿單, 且吩咐將這歌教導猶大人。這歌名叫弓歌,寫在《雅煞珥書》上。 歌中說:以色列啊,你尊榮者在山上被殺,大英雄何竟死亡! 不要在迦特報告,不要在亞實基倫街上傳揚,免得非利士的女子歡樂,免得未受割禮之人的女子矜誇。’ 大衛沒有刪除掃羅和約拿單所做的事,也沒有刪除掃羅是受膏者的事實。大衛沒有以惡報惡,他尊重自己的權柄,他向他的子孫講述他權柄的榮耀,儘管他的權柄曾傷害過他。
V21-23 ‘O mountains of Gilboa, let there be no dew nor rain upon you, nor fields of offerings. For the shield of the mighty is cast away there! The shield of Saul, not anointed with oil. From the blood of the slain, from the fat of the mighty, the bow of Jonathan did not turn back, and the sword of Saul did not return empty. Saul and Jonathan were beloved and pleasant in their lives, and in their death they were not divided; they were swifter than eagles, they were stronger than lions.’ David knew Saul’s authority was from God, and only God could take this authority away. David also upheld the relationship between Saul and Jonathan, even though they had argument in the past about David, but all his life, Jonathan was willing to stand by the side of his father. David knew this and he let all the people know about this, he didn’t magnify their argument, but uphold their loving relationship.
V21-23 ‘基利波山哪,願你那裡沒有雨露,願你田地無土產可做供物!因為英雄的盾牌在那裡被汙丟棄,掃羅的盾牌彷彿未曾抹油。約拿單的弓箭非流敵人的血不退縮,掃羅的刀劍非剖勇士的油不收回。掃羅和約拿單,活時相悅相愛,死時也不分離;他們比鷹更快,比獅子還強。’ 大衛知道掃羅的權柄是從神來的,只有神才能奪去這個權柄。大衛也維護掃羅和約拿單的關係,儘管他們過去曾為大衛發生爭執,但約拿單一生都願意站在父親身邊。大衛知道這一點,他讓所有人都知道這一點,他沒有放大他們的爭吵,而是維護他們的親情關係。
V24-27 ‘O daughters of Israel, weep over Saul, who clothed you in scarlet, with luxury; who put ornaments of gold on your apparel. “How the mighty have fallen in the midst of the battle! Jonathan was slain in your high places. I am distressed for you, my brother Jonathan; you have been very pleasant to me; your love to me was wonderful, surpassing the love of women. How the mighty have fallen, and the weapons of war perished!’ David let God be his God, he was completely humble before God. He remembered how Saul and Jonathan had blessed him, he didn’t forget all the good things people had done for him. How can we enter transformation? To face temptation, let God be God, to overcome temptation, and let God’s heart be our heart.
V24-27 ‘以色列的女子啊,當為掃羅哭號!他曾使你們穿朱紅色的美衣,使你們衣服有黃金的裝飾。英雄何竟在陣上仆倒,約拿單何竟在山上被殺!我兄約拿單哪,我為你悲傷!我甚喜悅你,你向我發的愛情奇妙非常,過於婦女的愛情。英雄何竟仆倒!戰具何竟滅沒!’ 大衛讓神作他的神,他在神面前完全謙卑。他記得掃羅和約拿單如何祝福他,他沒有忘記人們為他所做的一切好事。怎樣才能進入轉化呢?面對試探,以神為神;勝過試探,以神的心為心!
