Psalm 7 詩篇 7 – Turn Back From Outcast 在流浪中回轉

David wrote this psalm when he was outcast, but even that he still praised God. Are we also on a status of the outcast? Not seeing hope, not seeing the light, and not seeing God. So often we are in the church but our heart is not here, also in family, in work, in our beliefs… even though we are there in person but our heart is not there. We are still in the wilderness, and in Psalm 7, David taught us to turn back to God, to stop being an outcast, to believe even when there’s nothing to rely on.

大衛在流浪時寫下了這首詩篇，但即便如此，他仍然讚美神。我們是否也處於流浪流離當中？看不到希望，看不到光，看不到神。很多時候，我們在教會裡，但我們的心不在這裡；在家庭中、在工作中、在聚會中……即使我們親自在那裡，但我們的心卻不在那裡。我們仍然在曠野，在詩篇第七篇中，大衛教導我們要回轉歸向神，不要再成為流浪的人，即使沒有什麼可以依靠的時候也要相信。

V1-5 Cry Out to God 向神申冤呼求

Why do we become an outcast? Because we don’t believe God is with us, we don’t treat God like God, we have questions and doubts, and we make ourselves our gods. We try to solve our problems with our strength, our hard work, and at the end we are w and burdened.

為什麼我們會成為一個流浪的人？因為我們不相信神與我們同在，所以我們沒有把神當神，我們持有許多問題和懷疑，我們把自己當作神。我們試圖用我們的力量、我們的努力來解決我們的問題，但最終我們卻背負著沉重的負擔。

V1-2 ‘O Lord my God, in You I put my trust; save me from all those who persecute me; and deliver me, lest they tear me like a lion, rending me in pieces, while there is none to deliver.’ David knew God was his God, even when he was an outcast, he relied on God. He didn’t stay in the cave, he didn’t try to solve his own problems, but he poured out his heart to God in prayer. David knew when he rely on God, God will deliver him from his enemy. When we rely on God, we will have the strength to keep going, and we can continue to overcome our enemy.

V1-2 ‘耶和華我的神啊，我投靠你，求你救我脫離一切追趕我的人，將我救拔出來，恐怕他們像獅子撕裂我，甚至撕碎，無人搭救。’ 大衛知道神是他的神，即使當他被遺棄時，他仍然依靠神。他沒有留在山洞裡，他沒有試圖解決自己的問題，而是在禱告中向神傾心吐意。大衛知道，當他依靠神時，神就會救他脫離敵人。當我們依靠神時，我們就有力量繼續前行，就能繼續戰勝仇敵。

V3-5 ‘O Lord my God, if I have done this: if there is iniquity in my hands, if I have repaid evil to him who was at peace with me, or have plundered my enemy without cause, let the enemy pursue me and overtake me; yes, let him trample my life to the earth, and lay my honor in the dust. Selah’ David was willing to call out to God, let God be his judge, he didn’t go to people, he sought God, he let God vindicate for him. What is happening in our lives today? We live in hardship, but do we hold onto oir hardship? Or can we let it go, let God come into our midst, call out to Him, and trust that He will save us? Our heart needs to be right, we need to come back, and stop being in the outcast. It’s our decision, so what do we choose?

V3-5 ‘ 耶和華我的神啊，我若行了這事，若有罪孽在我手裡，我若以惡報那與我交好的人（連那無故與我為敵的，我也救了他），就任憑仇敵追趕我，直到追上，將我的性命踏在地下，使我的榮耀歸於灰塵！（細拉）’ 大衛願意呼求神，讓神來審判，他不去找人，他尋求神，讓神為他伸冤。今天我們的生活中發生了什麼？我們生活在苦難中，但我們是否抓住了苦難？或者我們可以放手，讓神進入我們當中，呼求祂，並相信祂拯救我們。我們的心需要是正確的，我們需要回來，並且不再流浪。這是我們要做的決定，我們選擇什麼呢？

V6-13 Proclaim God’s Righteousness 宣告神的公義

V6 ‘’Arise, O Lord, in Your anger; lift Yourself up because of the rage of my enemies; rise up for me to the judgment You have commanded!’ When we declare God’s righteousness, we believe God will save us, He will vindicate for us, He will rise up for us, because He sees everything that happened to us.

V6 ‘ 耶和華啊，求你在怒中起來，挺身而立，抵擋我敵人的暴怒；求你為我興起，你已經命定施行審判。’ 當我們宣告神的公義時，我們相信神會拯救我們，祂會為我們伸冤，祂會為我們興起，因為祂看到發生在我們身上的一切。

V7-8 ‘So the congregation of the peoples shall surround You; for their sakes, therefore, return on high. The Lord shall judge the peoples; judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, and according to my integrity within me.’ David knew God will take action, He doesn’t just listen to prayers but He will act.

V7-8 ‘ 願眾民的會環繞你，願你從其上歸於高位。耶和華向眾民施行審判。耶和華啊，求你按我的公義和我心中的純正判斷我。’ 大衛知道神會採取行動，祂不僅會聽禱告，還會採取行動。

V9-10 ‘Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the just; for the righteous God tests the hearts and minds. My defense is of God, Who saves the upright in heart.’ We cannot lie to God, He knows everything, He knows what’s inside our hearts. What is inside our heart? No matter how many good things we have done, if our heart is not right, then everything we do will be in vain. When our heart is filled with bitterness and wickedness, then God will judge.

V9-10 ‘ 願惡人的惡斷絕，願你堅立義人，因為公義的神察驗人的心腸肺腑。神是我的盾牌，他拯救心裡正直的人。’ 我們不能對神撒謊，祂知道一切，祂知道我們內心的想法。我們的內心深處是什麼？無論我們做了多少好事，如果我們的心不對，那麼我們所做的一切都會是徒然的。當我們的心裡充滿苦毒和邪惡時，神的審判終就會臨到。

V11-13 ‘God is a just judge, and God is angry with the wicked every day. If he does not turn back, He will sharpen His sword; He bends His bow and makes it ready. He also prepares for Himself instruments of death; He makes His arrows into fiery shafts.’ The world will fade away, only God is righteous and everlasting. David let God take over, he chose not to fight for himself. This is not what the world would do, this is not natural, but David chose God instead of the world. He let God vindicate for him, and God didn’t let him down.

V11-13 ‘神是公義的審判者，又是天天向惡人發怒的神。若有人不回頭，他的刀必磨快，弓必上弦，預備妥當了。他也預備了殺人的器械，他所射的是火箭。’ 世界終將消逝，唯有神是公義且永恆的。大衛讓神來掌權，他選擇不為自己申冤。這不是世人會做的事，這不自然，但大衛選擇了神而不是世界的法則。他讓神為他伸冤，神也沒有讓他失望。

V14-17 Give to God in Faith信心的交托

V14 ‘Behold, the wicked brings forth iniquity; yes, he conceives trouble and brings forth falsehood.’ What is idol worship? To see ourselves as gods, to see the world as gods, and bring destruction upon us. Don’t think we can do everything by ourselves, don’t think that we are doing God a favour by not bothering Him, when we stop seeking God, we will fall into the pit deeper and deeper.

V14 ‘試看惡人因奸惡而劬勞，所懷的是毒害，所生的是虛假。’ 什麼是偶像崇拜？就是將自己視為神，將世界視為神，這將給 我們自己帶來毀滅。不要以為我們自己就能做所有的事，也不要以為我們不去打擾神就是在幫神，當我們不再尋求神時，我們就會陷在坑里越來越深。

V15-16 ‘He made a pit and dug it out, and has fallen into the ditch which he made. His trouble shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down on his own crown.’ God doesn’t want us to stay in hardship, in heavy burden, in difficulties… but people chose to stay in their pit, if we are unwilling to proclaim what Jesus has done for us, we will stay in hardship and difficulties, and we cannot have peace. Let God be God, and we can come out of our depression. David praised God no matter what, he turned back to God quickly, and fully trust in Him.

V15-16 ‘他掘了坑，又挖深了，竟掉在自己所挖的阱裡。他的毒害必臨到他自己的頭上，他的強暴必落到他自己的腦袋上。’ 神不希望我們留在苦難中、重擔中、困難中……但是人們選擇留在他們的坑洞裡，如果我們不願意宣告耶穌為我們所做的一切，我們就會留在苦難和困難中，我們不能有平安。所以要讓神成為神，我們就能從抑鬱中走出來。大衛無論如何都要讚美神，他很快就回轉歸向神，並且完全信靠神。

V17 ‘I will praise the Lord according to His righteousness, and will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High.’ We must be willing to let go of our problems to God, we must believe He is righteous, He will deliver us, all we should do is to praise Him. God’s Names will give us hope, do we know all the Names of God? Do we proclaim all the Names of God? Let us praise Him, proclaim His Names, let Him be our God, and turn back to Him.

V17 ‘我要照著耶和華的公義稱謝他，歌頌耶和華至高者的名。’ 我們必須願意把我們的問題交給神，我們必須相信祂是公義的，祂會拯救我們，我們所要做的就是讚美他。神的名字會給我們希望，我們知道神的所有名字嗎？我們宣揚神的所有聖名嗎？讓我們讚美祂，宣告祂的名，讓祂成為我們的神，並回轉歸向祂。
