Psalm 6 – Regret, Repent, Experience God 詩篇 6 – 懊悔回轉經歷神

V1-7 Turn Back, Embrace the Love of the Heavenly Father轉向擁抱天父的愛

V1-2 ‘O Lord, do not rebuke me in Your anger, nor chasten me in Your hot displeasure. Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak; o Lord, heal me, for my bones are troubled.’ David received the teaching of God, he regretted for what he had done and he repented straight away. He knew God will have mercy on him, not when he was sinning, but when he was willing to lower himself. When we see ourselves like god, when we focus on our own strength, when we want to solve our own problems, we sin against God. We think we don’t need God’s intervention, we thought we can do everything by ourselves, but we actually walk further and further away from God.

V1-2 ‘耶和華啊，求你不要在怒中責備我，也不要在烈怒中懲罰我！耶和華啊，求你可憐我，因為我軟弱。耶和華啊，求你醫治我，因為我的骨頭發戰。’ 大衛受了神的教訓，他對自己的所作所為感到懊悔，並立即悔改。他知道神會憐憫他，不是在他犯罪的時候，而是在他願意降低自己的時候。當我們把自己視為神時，當我們專注於自己的力量時，當我們想要解決自己的問題時，我們就得罪了神。我們以為不需要神的介入，以為自己什麼都能做，但其實我們離神越來越遠。

V3-4 ‘My soul also is greatly troubled; but You, O Lord—how long? Return, O Lord, deliver me! Oh, save me for Your mercies’ sake!’ On the other hand, when we admit our weaknesses, when we cry out to God, then God will turn His Face on us. We must stop hiding under the fig tree leaves, stop hiding our problems, because God is love, He is waiting for us to come home. Jesus came to tell us Father’s love, are we willing to come home, and to experience God’s love?

V3-4 ‘我心也大大地驚惶。耶和華啊，你要到幾時才救我呢？耶和華啊，求你轉回，搭救我，因你的慈愛拯救我。’ 另一方面，當我們承認自己的軟弱時，當我們向神呼求時，神就會向我們轉臉。我們必須停止躲在無花果樹葉下，停止隱藏我們的問題，因為神就是愛，他正在等待我們回家。耶穌來是為了告訴我們天父的愛，我們願意回家，經歷神的愛嗎？

V5-7 ‘For in death there is no remembrance of You; in the grave who will give You thanks?I am weary with my groaning; all night I make my bed swim; I drench my couch with my tears. My eye wastes away because of grief; it grows old because of all my enemies.’ There will be times we grow weak and weary in our groaning, we feel tired, we complain, we see negative things, and we want to give up. But when we turn back, return to God, we will see our loving Father always with us, waiting for us. Do we know our problems? We must quickly regret, repent and return!

V5-7 ‘因為在死地無人記念你，在陰間有誰稱謝你？我因唉哼而困乏，我每夜流淚，把床榻漂起，把褥子濕透。我因憂愁眼睛乾癟，又因我一切的敵人眼睛昏花。’ 有時我們會在呻吟中變得軟弱、疲倦，我們感到疲倦、我們抱怨、我們看到消極的事情，我們想要放棄。但當我們回頭、回到上帝身邊時，我們會看到慈愛的天父永遠與我們同在，等待著我們。我們知道自己的問題嗎？我們要趕緊悔改、悔轉、回歸神的家！

V8-10 Pray to God, Enemy will Leave 禱告耶和華敵人就離開了

V8 ‘Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity; for the Lord has heard the voice of my weeping.’ We need to put down everything to reconnect with God. David poured out his heart to God in prayers, this is the prayer of Hannah, are we willing to pour out our weaknesses before God? He is not here only to solve our problems in life, but he wants to connect with us, to have relationship with us. When we are willing to open up ourselves to God, the enemy will leave us.

V8 ‘ 你們一切作孽的人，離開我吧！因為耶和華聽了我哀哭的聲音。’ 我們需要放下一切才能重新與神聯結。大衛在禱告中向神傾訴心聲，這就是哈拿的禱告，我們願意在神面前傾訴自己的軟弱嗎？天父來到我們當中不僅僅是為了解決我們生活中的問題，而且祂想與我們聯繫，與我們建立關係。當我們願意向神敞開自己時，仇敵就會離開我們。

V9-10 ‘The Lord has heard my supplication; the Lord will receive my prayer. Let all my enemies be ashamed and greatly troubled; let them turn back and be ashamed suddenly.’ Only when God is on our side, then our enemies will leave. Are we willing to transform? To regret, to repent, to return, and to experience God’s love?

V9-10 ‘ 耶和華聽了我的懇求，耶和華必收納我的禱告。我的一切仇敵都必羞愧，大大驚惶；他們必要退後，忽然羞愧。’ 只有當神站在我們這一邊，我們的敵人才會離開。我們願意轉化嗎？後悔、悔改、回轉、經歷神的愛？
