The Song of Moses was not only for the Israelites, but for all people, it’s about the life of Moses. So why is this important to us? This seems to be a long song, but it only talks about our relationship with God. We must know our identity and our relationship with God. Who knows what’s our path ahead? No one, therefore, we try to plan, to ask, to seek, and even to go to fortune tellers, because we want to know what lies in front of us. We want to stay away from bad things and go towards the good things. But no matter how much we do, we can never control our future, only God can help us. When we know our identity as the child of God, when we know that God is leading us, loving us, and protecting us, then what are we afraid of?
The Father’s Love is always there, from Genesis to Revelation, we have been reminded about the love of the Father. If He did not love us, then He would not create us and He would not prepare everything for us. Our Father looks after us and He also looks after our children, the best inheritance we can leave for our children will be to teach them to know the love of the Father.
Section One V1-14 To Know Everything is from God
Moses made this a song, so the people can remember the love of the Father. When we sing, we use our heart not our mind, and when we worship, we use our spirit and truth. Songs make our hearts soft and let us stay out of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, go under the Tree of Life. Moses used the song to remind the Israelites that everything they had was from God. But how do we repay God? Very often, our image of our own father affects our image of our Heavenly Father. Naturally we can feel the love of the mother but not so easily we can feel the love of the father. This is the feelings from our flesh, but this may also stop us feeling the love of our Heavenly Father.
God love us, He created us, and He doesn’t have any expectations for us, He does not want us to prove ourselves to Him, but He wants to build us up. We cannot build ourselves up, only by God then we can be built up. He only wants us to humble and obey, to live under the Tree of Life. Do not try to do anything for ourselves, let go, and God will build us up. He will take care of us.
But we also must remember, we cannot worship Jesus like worshipping an idol. The Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are Three in One. Even Jesus has been reminding us about the Father. What is in our mindset? Do we really know the Father is with us? When we face problems, we will want to solve problems, but the problems will continue to chase after us. Then it would become a circle with dead end, we will be so tired to come close to God and we cannot believe in the Father’s Love. God continue to tell us that we are loved, and we are His children. But we only tried to save ourselves and did not allow God to save us.
Section Two V15-30 Every Failure is from Men
The word Jeshurun means a righteous man. God created us as righteous, when we are weak, we seek God, we rely on God, and we humble before God. But when we are strong and when we received what we want, we would stop seeking God and coming to Him. What is our motivation? If we live under the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, then we will only come to God when we face problems in live. When our lives are smooth, then we tend to leave God and stop pursuing God. What is our focus? Have we forgotten about God? When we leave God, then God can only let us experience this world. He still loves us, but it’s our own problems, which lead us to the world and turn away from God. The world would destroy us, and the enemies would surround us.
Moses wanted the people to know that when they become stubborn and rebellious, they would forget about God. But God already told them about what would happen, life and death were displayed in front of them, but they still forgotten about God. Why would we think that we are ok without God? We live in this world, we expect from this world, and we stop examining our own lives.
Section Three V31-52 Every Salvation is from God
Yes the children of God are corrupted, we are distorted, and we are rebellious, but God still wants to save us. He is our loving Father, and He does not give up on us. God rules and reigns in our lives and He continues to teach us and to talk to us. Are we willing to turn back to Him right now? To live under the fragrance of the Tree of Life, and let God be in every aspect of our lives. Do not chase this world, but to connect more with God and experience the Father’s Love. So we are no longer orphans of this world.
申命记 32 – 在应许之地要认识天父的爱

摩西之歌不是只给以色列人，而是给我们世世代代蒙召的人，里面诉尽了我们与神的关系。神让摩西写这首诗歌给我们，让我们得力量、得救恩。我们用什么身份进入应许之地？那里是一个我们什么都不知道的地方，面对强壮的外邦人，我们心里会有很多惧怕。在这样的情况下，人会用很多方法来预测未来发生什么事情，以趋吉避凶。然而，我们若知道前方有慈爱的天父来带领，我们还有什么惧怕的呢？很多时候我们大脑知道神是爱，但我们的心没有领受，因为我们硬着颈项，就感受不到爱和关怀，于是拼命为自己和子子孙孙做预备。只是人的预备怎能好过神的预备呢？唯有将子孙交在神的手中，教导他们遵行神的法则，他们才能在神永远的福乐中。
一、v.1-14 一切都出于神
V1-2 摩西所说的话是用一首歌的形式，这样不仅帮助我们更好的记忆，也帮助我们用心去颂唱而不是停留在头脑的思考。
V3 “将大德归与我们的神” – 一切我们觉得美好的祝福都是从神而来的。
V4-5 神是完全公义正直的，然而这个世代却是弯曲的。
V6 神告诉我们，我们是愚昧无知的。我们认知里的“父亲”是一个怎样的形象？我们对地上的父亲的错误认识导致我们对天父的认知是歪曲的。很多宗教里的拜的是阴性的神，以为只有生我们的“妈妈”才是可亲近的。摩西告诉我们，神是我们的“父”，圣经的教导帮助拆毁我们里面一切对父亲错误的认知。神是负上代价将我们买赎回来的。神创造我们，他不像我们的父母对我们有很多要求和期待，而是“建立”我们，因为我们靠自己的努力和能力是不能走到今天的，唯有完全放手靠神的帮助我们才能得“建立”，所以他不需要我们证明自己有多厉害，只要我们在生命树下谦卑顺服。我们对原生家庭父亲的印象影响了我们，让我们不觉得天父爱我们，于是把耶稣和天父分开，让“耶稣”成为我们的偶像，然而，圣父圣子圣灵是三位一体的神，耶稣在地上的时候也不断提醒我们要思想天父的爱。
V7 我们要追想过去是怎样走过高山低谷的。
V10-12 神一路都在看顾我们，我们真的知道一切都出于他，愿意承认神是爱吗？还是在遇到困难的时候埋怨神，只想要自己去解决问题？当我们追着问题跑的时候，我们就被问题缠绕，结果更加忙到无法亲近神。我们愿意在惧怕挣扎的时候放手等候神的拯救吗？
二、v.15-30 一切都败于人
V15-16 “耶书仑”原文是正直人的意思。我们倚靠神，就成为正直人，可是当我们得到神的祝福后，是否就开始远离神？我们来教会的动力是否只是让自己现实中的问题得到解决，而一旦解决了问题就离开神去敬拜世界？
V19-20 神放手让我们经历世界，就好像浪子回头的故事中那个小儿子一样。我们是否得到了自己想要的东西就忘记神？
V28-29 摩西让以色列人吟唱这句，听到这话，将来当他们的生活中出现问题的时候，他们就要记起神已经为他们留了一条生路。神已将生死祸福陈明给我们，当生活中出现问题时，我们是否能警醒、鉴察自己的生命，并及时回转向神，还是逃避问题、让自己忙碌以致对问题麻木？
三、v.31-52 一切救赎都出于神
V36, 39 人虽然败坏，神仍救赎我们，因为神是爱，他没有放弃我们，他依然作王掌权。
V46-47 我们要活在生命树下。求神帮助我们在应许之地追求的不是世界，不要成为孤儿，而是更多与天父连接，成为被天父爸爸救赎、建立的蒙爱的儿女。
