God continued to talk to the Israelites how much He cared about them and loved them, and that’s why He did not give up on teaching them. God wants us to know that He loves us, He is our Creator, but this is our choice to decide if God’s teaching and disciplines are good for us or are to put us down. When we use the eyesight of the Good Father, then we can see God’s good intentions for us. In His teaching and disciplines, God is full of His love for us.

Section One V1-13 To Let Go for God

The land God is giving us to inherit was not an empty land, people lived there before but God drove them out for us. It was not by our strength or ability to drive out the enemy dwell in the land, but by God’s Power and Authority. God drove out the Canaanites for the Israelites because the Israelites did not have weapons, they only had the treasures they took from Egypt. God wants us to inherit the land, not by the ways of the world, but by fully relying on God. God will do everything for us for us to inherit the land, what we need to do is to move in!

We must know that everything we have in our hands is not by our ‘doing’, God gives and takes away, therefore we must be willing to let go for God. What we give and what we offer is not for anyone else but for God. Because everything we have is not ours to keep to start with. Are we willing to give? Are we willing to let go? Do we believe that God is our Good Father, who would not leave us in lacking. Moses was teaching the Israelites, giving them the commandments and instructions. He knew there was a lot of problems among the Israelites and he was walking an extra mile for God.

Section Two V14-

Do we have a thanksgiving heart? Do we respect God’s assignment? Are we satisfy with everything we have today?
