God is a good Father; He wants all His children to receive the blessings from Him. It was the message Moses repeatedly teaching to the Israelites, for the people being called to receive the blessings from God. Do we know our identity? Satan does not know his identity, he was an angel, but he calls himself a god, and that’s why he fell. God has given each one of us an identity, and a place to be, we must know our position so we can all in place in the Promised Land.
Section One V1-8 Servant of God
Moses was talking to all the people that the priests and the Levites will have no part nor inheritance with Israel. He also told them that that the priests and the Levites are the servants of God, they will serve God and it was the people’s responsibility to support them. They play an important role to keep the presence of God in this world, and they help the people to connect to God. They teach and they preach, they offer sacrifices, so people are humbled before God. The priests and the Levites are called by God, not by their abilities or hard work. God appoints them, and we must respect them.
Section Two V9-14 People of God
The priests and Levites are chosen by God, not because of how good they are or how holy they are, but because of God’s choosing. They are also people, and they will also make mistakes. What are we expecting from the servants of God? When we see the servants of God more than God Himself, then we will be worshipping idols. We must know to put God first, next people, then the earth. Everything must centre around God, not our work, not our family, not our finance, not our health… we cannot learn from this world, and we must listen to God’s teaching. We are children of God, and we belong to the Kingdom. God wants us to live in His Kingdom, and He wants us to bring Heaven on earth. This is not just a slogan, but a lifestyle we must live by.
We are afraid losing, we think that everything we have is by our hard work, and we don’t see how everything we have, and we can do is from God. He gives and He takes away, so are we willing to follow God and trust in His choosing? Everything is a blessing from God, when we know this principle, then we will not easily follow this world, but to follow God. We will be willing to take whatever He gives to us and to wherever He appoints for us to go.
Section Three V15-22 Prophet of God
Everything the prophet said should be from God, we follow the Prophet’s words not to receive this world, but to receive the teaching from God. Everything the Prophet says should be from the Bible, the Bible already has everything God wants to say to us, therefore the Prophet must know well the Bible. God wants us to receive the eternal blessings, not to receive this world, so we must all in place, know who God wants us to be and know where God wants us to be.
申命记 18 – 在应许之地要各就各位

神要我们跟从他不是用宗教的方式，而是要我们经历他的丰盛、良善。我们是否感受到神和我们权柄的良善？当我们与神并与权柄的关系有问题，就不能在神给我们的应许之地享受福乐。神是良善的父亲，他给每个人特别的位份。撒旦搞不清自己的身份，不甘心乐意服事神，身为天使长却以自己为神，结局就是从天而落，进入死亡。神创造万物，使我们各从其类，所以我们要明白自己的位份、各就各位。
一、v.1-8 神的仆人
V1-2 神借着摩西在对所有以色列人说，不要期待祭司和利未人像平常人那样做什么工，因他们是靠着“献给耶和华的火祭和一切所捐的”过活。在应许之地，我们不要只顾自己，也要负起照顾神的仆人的责任，因神的仆人帮助百姓活在神的同在和祝福中。蒙福的秘诀就是先神后人再大地。
V3-4 我们要将最好的给服事神的人，因神不要我们有贫穷的心态。服事神的人专心教导、献祭，使百姓与神可以连接，因他们不断献赎罪祭，让人的谦卑呈现在神的面前，使人可以世代在神的祝福下。
V5 祭司和利未人靠的不是自己的努力或能力，而是神拣选他们。我们要敬重神的仆人，不要用分辨善恶树的眼光来看他们。
二、v.9-14 神的子民
V9 神对我们说，你们不要学习这个世界。这个世界推崇的是“我”先能够幸福，把神放在最后一位。在应许之地的价值观则是先神后人再大地。神不要让我们看神的仆人为完全没有问题的“圣人”，他们是神从百姓中挑选出来的，但神要我们去听从他的仆人的教导。不要让神所赐福给我们的人事物 – 包括- 我们的儿女、家庭、工作、财富等等 – 成为我们跟从神的绊脚石 。我们单单以神为中心，才能在应许之地得永远的福乐。
V10-12 “行这些事”的人不以神为首，想要靠其他方法达到自己的目的。我们是神的儿女，本应带天国进入世界。可惜，现在很多基督徒将世界的观念带入教会，让我们变成属世界、属肉体的人。先神后人再大地是不会过气的价值，因为神是昔在今在永在的神。让我们不要害怕而贪恋这个世界，因为“行这些事的都为耶和华所憎恶”。我们能得到如今在应许之地的位份是因为神的作为，所以不要以为我们有多厉害多努力。摩西明白一切都在于神，因此他能拿得起，也能放得下。我们今天无论做什么都不是属于自己的，我们能拥有的一切都是神的恩典，若没有那种“据为己有”的心态，就算曾经所拥有的东西被拿走，我们也不会有不舒服的感觉。
V13-14 这是神对所有蒙召的儿女 – 包括今天的我们 – 说的：“你要在耶和华你的神面前做完全人”。 神不许我们效法这个世界，而是听从他在圣经的教导。
三、v.15-22 神的先知
神的先知会影响我们治理大地，所以放在最后来说。
V15 无论是先知还是祭司，都是神从有罪的百姓中兴起的，所以不要以为“先知”就是神圣的人，这样我们就不会因为看到他们的问题而被绊倒，而是单纯的去顺服他们从神而来的教导。
V20 我们想要借助先知的能力来帮助我们做决定，以便能将来得到好处，但神警戒我们不要用先知来得到自己想要的世界。
V21-22 神要跟我们讲的话都在圣经里，先知所说的话也要出于圣经。我们若只是凭感动说话，那神的话在哪里呢？真正的先知要比其他人更明白神的话，他会提醒我们神的话语，让我们能走在神的教导中经历神永恒的福乐。
