Section One V1-7 Humble and Cone Before the Lord

V2 David faces hardship and impact of life, so how did he respond? He was opened to God, he didn’t hide from God but to be fully honest with Him. David knew he was in troubles and he knew how much he needed God. He didn’t call himself a king but a servant relying on God. Before God, David was completely humble and he set this example for us.

V3 He did not just pray but prayed day and night. What is our prayer? Do we really cry out to God, repent before Him? Our prayers should not be listing out things for God to fulfil, we must look upon God, have a humble and broken attitude, to see how much we are lacking. When we come to God with this attitude, then we will not see our problems, but see our own sins. Then we will see how God is willing to forgive us.

V7 Be humble and be broken, and God will have mercy on us. He is a good God and He loves us. Do we believe God is a good God? Our understanding about God sometimes stops us receiving the blessings from God. We have labels for God because the world has labels for us. We do not think God will help us, and we do not want to help others. We don’t want to be truthful before God and we don’t want to show God our weaknesses.

On the other hand, when we believe God is good, then we will come close to God, let Him embrace us and let Him help us. We no longer need to worry about how others think of us, and we can accept our imperfections. Our sinful nature makes us fearful and shameful. But God sees us as good because He created us. 

Section Two V8-17 Worship and Lift Up the Name of the Lord

V8 David did not hide from God, because he knew God will accept us no matter what. We cannot come before God because we don’t believe God loves us. We seek other ways to help us but at the end, only God can really help us. 

V9 Do we see God as God? Don’t let things and people influence our eyesights, we tend to focus more on the problems and less on God. David was not afraid of Goliath because he knew God’s goodness and he knew God would help him.

V11 We must seek God to help us focus. We cannot focus on God by our own strength, but by relying on God. David only lift up the Name of the Lord, and nothing else.

V12 Worship and praise God will allow us to keep our focus away from the problems of this world. Do not let our fear and our tiredness stop us worshipping God. He will not make us suffer, He will take us through all the impacts in life. But we must come before Him, get rid of all the complaints and negative thoughts. Get rid of our pride and unbelief, but to worship and humble before God.

Section Three V14-18 Seek and Ask for the Reign of God

V14 David knew that everything happened  was not about him. We should also not see ourselves as too important because then we will lose focus and we will not see God. David was willing to fully submit to God, He did knot hide from God, but sought God day and night.

诗篇 86 – 遇冲击 懂交托

这首诗是“大卫的祈祷”。大卫是一个“合神心意的人”，他的祷告对现今的我们有什么启示？我们处在末后的日子，困难重重，整个大环境让人失去平安、失去起初爱神爱人的心。大卫在面对艰难的时刻选择祷告，我们面对生活上的种种冲击，选择的是什么呢？

一、v.1-7 谦卑来到主前

V1 大卫遇到冲击时不是用自己的方法或靠自己的能力，而是来到耶和华神面前赤裸敞开。大卫在神面前是谦卑的，承认自己”是困苦穷乏的”。

V2 大卫并没有称自己为以色列君王，而是在神的面前承认自己是倚靠神的“仆人”。

V3 大卫遇到问题并不是祷告一次就丢下不管，而是“终日求告”神。我们看到别人有困难，是否说一下“我为你祷告”就过了？还是真的能终日为人祷告？我们是否能即使在不舒服的时候仍然不放弃祷告？我们没有真正用心去祷告，没有向那位昔在今在永在的独一真神不断祈求。

V4 大卫并不是开心欢喜去祷告，而是忧伤痛悔的。我们要带着忧伤痛悔的心来向神祷告，不要将神当成我们的仆人，而是仰望他。

V5-7 当我们真的伤心痛悔、谦卑来到神面前时，我们首先看到的就不是问题而是自己的罪，因为这是圣灵的工作，让我们能为罪为义为审判自己责备自己。这时我们就要宣告神是“乐意饶恕人”的，不要让我们的骄傲阻挡神的祝福。我们要相信神是“良善”的，不要让我们对神的错误认知阻挡自己领取神的恩典。我们的经历和环境可能让我们无法感受到神是愿意帮助我们的，然而，当我们相信神是良善的神，我们就愿意将自己的缺乏、罪恶敞开在神面前。我们害怕被批评，因为我们害怕被人“打分”，无法面对自己的不完美。当神创造我们的时候，他说我们是好的，只是因为罪的缘故我们想要遮掩自己觉得丑陋不好的一面。神接受了我们的一切不完美。当我们愿意相信神是良善的，就能谦卑来到他面前求怜悯和帮助。

二、v.8-13 敬拜高举主名

V8 大卫不再需要拜偶像、不再需要躲避神。我们不觉得神会帮助我们，所以才会找满天神佛来帮忙。然而，“诸神之中没有可比你的，你的作为也无可比”。

V9-10 在神的眼中我们都是美好的，因他是良善的。当我们真的愿意相信神是良善的时候，我们就会尊主为大，而不会把看到的问题当成巨人或大山一样。

V11 唯有真道能够帮助我们走上蒙福的道路。大卫的“专心”是敬畏神的名。他不高举世界，单单敬拜高举主名。

V13 我们是否被恐惧、不安、疲倦阻挡我们敬拜神？凡临到我们的必经过神，神是良善的，不会故意折磨我们。所以遇到问题不要埋怨神，而要赶快谦卑来到神面前敬拜、高举他的名。

三、v.14-17 恳求交托 主掌权

V14 大卫不会将临到自己身上的东西照单全收。他知道自己是神的仆人，事情不是冲着他自己来的。正如我们在上班的时候可能会被人冒犯，但要看到我们上面是有权柄、有老板的，别人并不是冲着我们而来，我们才能释怀，用爱来面对周围的人。

V15-16 大卫即使动怒，但也能很快从软弱中转回。我们不用逼自己成为神，在软弱的时候要立刻回转，这需要我们有敏锐的灵。每天早上的方言祷告可以帮助我们的灵被挑旺、强壮起来，才可以在软弱的时候能马上宣告神是”有怜悯有恩典的神，不轻易发怒，并有丰盛的慈爱和诚实” 。

V17 神是良善的神，我们是否愿意在神面前赤裸敞开、完全不躲避？求神洁净我们的罪污，在遇冲击的时候我们能完全交托给他！
