2026 主題：從根恢復，進入健康 約翰三書 1:2 「親愛的兄弟啊，我願你凡事興盛，身體健壯，正如你的靈魂興盛一樣。」 2025 的帶領：恢復節奏、回到根基 今年神讓我們放慢下來，重整生活的秩序： 天父餐桌重新站穩 晚上的耶戶禱告恢復 教會的節奏被簡化、被潔淨 我們從忙碌與壓力抽離，回到生命原本的步伐 看似沒有外在建造，其實神在做 根的功。因為 根沒有對，什麼都承載不到。為什麼 2026 的焦點必須回到「根」？ 神沒有讓我們在 2025 開始小組，不是因為我們沒有能力，而是：「根還沒有恢復。」 若強行開始，小組只會變成： 活動 壓力 表現 外面的忙碌 裏面卻是枯乾 神今年的帶領十分清楚：祂在呼喚我們回到根本。⿣ 主所啟示的次序：靈魂 → 身體 → 凡事 約翰三書 1:2 給了我們一個重要次序：1. 靈魂興盛（生命的根恢復）2. 身體健壯（生命變強）3. 凡事興盛（自然結果子） 健康不是靠做更多，而是根對了後自然長出來的果子。 什麼是「從根恢復」？ 神要在 2026 對付與醫治的是： 我們最深處逃避的地方 行為背後的信念 反應背後的情緒根源 生命裡長久存在的謊言 當根恢復—— 生命穩定， 果子自然， 關係柔軟， 服事有生命。 牧師的見證 1993 年，神帶我離開香港，來到紐西蘭。祂讓我在陌生的環境裡重新看見自己。祂醫治我多年用物質、關係填補的空虛，也在…

Sunday, 30th November 2026 Rev Xi An Poon 一、开场家人，过去一年，神的保护、供应、带领从未缺席。在迈向 2026 年之前，我们先回望恩典，让心再次站稳。 二、经文背景：诗篇第三篇大卫在极黑暗的时刻写下这篇诗篇──面对叛变、危险、羞辱、四面受敌。然而他宣告：「耶和华是我四围的盾牌，是我的荣耀，是叫我抬起头的。」 真正的信心，是在风暴中仍然能抬起头。 三、三个重点 1）看见恩典（诗篇 3:1–2）大卫没有否认困难，但选择看见神的手。今年神在我们生命里：托住、保护、开路、安慰、恢复。看见恩典，是踏入丰盛的第一步。 2）建立信任（诗篇 3:3）大卫宣告神是盾牌、荣耀、抬起头的那位。信任不是情绪，而是选择。外面的声音再大，信任让心不被动摇。建立信任，是进入丰盛的核心门槛。 3）迎向丰盛（诗篇 3:5–8）大卫在危险中仍能安睡，因为神托住他。真正的丰盛不是没有问题，而是不被问题捆绑。真正的丰盛不是没有风浪，而是在风浪中仍有平安。神作盾牌，我们就能迎向新一年神预备的：健康、平安、力量、方向、恢复、成长、属灵突破。 四、牧师生命见证 1）年初的家庭恩典台湾 → 香港 → 越南，三代同行、家庭合一、关系更深。 2）生命被保守台湾检查发现前降支严重狭窄，需要立即手术。过程顺利、恢复快速，生命被神看顾。 3）信心被重建8 月压力与恐惧 → 9 月检查完全翻转：心功能正常、无缺血。神亲自叫人抬起头。 五、呼召 （1）愿意把今年的压力交给神的人不安、疲倦、转变、情绪、家庭或工作的重担──今天交给神。 （2）愿意重新建立信任的人让神恢复你的信心、勇气、抬起头的能力。 （3）愿意迎向 2026 丰盛的人凭信心进入神为你、为家庭、为教会所预备的新一年。 六、结语 看见恩典。建立信任。迎向丰盛。 愿神带领祂的家，进入 2026 年更强壮、更健康、更有信心的季节。奉主名祝福大家。

Sunday, 23rd November 2025 Rev Xi An Poon 一、為什麼我們覺得放下自己會失去？ 我們每天都面對同一個張力： 我們渴望走在對的路上，但心裡又很想掌握自己的生活。 真正讓我們掙扎的不是不願意，而是一個很深的疑問：「如果我不是照自己的方式走，會不會失去什麼？」 所以我們常常： 放下憤怒 → 怕再次受傷 放手控制 → 怕事情失控 等一等 → 怕機會沒有了 停下休息 → 怕被人超越 不靠表現 → 怕沒有人看見我 詩篇2:3形容世界的心態：「我們要掙開他們的捆綁，脫去他們的繩索。」 世界以為沒有界線就是自由，但結果卻是： 更多恐懼、更多疲憊、更多不安、更多捆綁。 因為奪走自由的不是界線，而是——當我不能信任，只能靠自己生存。 二、三個提醒 ① 世界追求掙脫，卻越來越不自由（詩2:1–3） 世界認為自由是： 不受限制 想點就點 靠自己保障安全 但現實是： 越掌控 → 越害怕 越放縱 → 越空虛 越追求 → 越被困 越靠自己 → 越累 離開不會帶來自由，只會失去方向、遮蓋、身份。 ② 那坐着的，是安穩的（詩2:4–6）…
